came back from batam yesterday evening... had a pretty good time there haha...
day one... friday: went back from school to pick up the stuf... was like one of the last to boredhaha... expected with drew haha... but funny thing was that he wasnt the last to come... our two late birds were jay and jon... haha.... ha welll... anyway we had like the choppiest ferry ride there... was almost thrown of the seat twice.... *seesh* ah well... eventyualy we reached the hotel at like 7pm batam time... which was like 8 singaore time... *batam is 1hr behind s'pore* then checked in an went for dinner... ok the food there was really good... haha and the staff was friendly... ended up in the ktv lounge after dinner... made alot of noise in the private but the funniest part was that no matter how much noise we made we still couoldnt beatthe people outside who were TOTALLY off key.....
day two... Saturday: woke up at 9 batam time... for breakie... the guys were late... as usual... *guess who couldnt wake up....* after that we ended up playing paint ball just outside the compound... was fun... got briused and stuff... played only one round then filmed the others playing...*but i din get to film the whole thingy.. cause the they were begining to aim in my direction... cant get the cam dirty... haha... wel... we went back after the game... the guys went back to sleep... i think... while mel and i went down to prepare sth for lunch and then to tan... lunch was funny... one of the waiters was like ok i dunno how to describe it.. so heres the conver...
me: hi... cuold you changet he water for yr coffee thingy...
waiter: *he changes the water for the espresso machine and the milk steamer...*while waiting for the steamer to warm up.... so where do you come from...?
me: uh... singapore...
waiter: oh ok... so you're from DBS?
me: *grins* (story of that was that mel booked us all under dbs so we could get the special conference group rates haha... sneaky...)
then he offers to steam the milk for me.. but i decline... i wanna do it man... i was trained for that...
anyways after lunch i went to hang in the pool with grace... then that same guy keeps like walking back and forth and smiling at me... ahhhhh
anyways... we all went for a massage later that evening... *good life* haha... then we went for dinnwe and headed back to the ktv lounge where we had a farewell tingy for uncle gg and aunty belinda... haha... that night or more like sunday morning we all went to the guys room to watch RAY... ok pretty lor sor la the movie... couldnt wait for it to end... bah... well it was oer by like 3 batam time... 4 sing time haha...
day three... sunday... went goacarting that mornong... found out jon was a prety scary driver haha... but was ok la... the cars quite scary though... no control.. ahhh... anyways.. got back for lunch and drew changed his ferry back again.. bah... he now holds the record for changing his ferry times about 5 times there and back... seesh... ah well after that it was pack up and time to leave haha... on the bus out we saw that same guy outside waving good bye.... truth is i'd fogoten wat he looked like but grace was like... OMG THATS THW GUY WHOU TRIED TO PICK YOU UP!!!!! and ok... so it became a huge joke after tt... HAHA...
ah well... got back to singapore and the imigration was so slow... oh gosh... talk about inefficient ppl... grace and i were begining to think that the ferry had detoured back to batam by accident haha... seesh... then there was this stoopid old man behind me and he was like edging his was like behind me... so he obviously din noe the rule of the game... *dont piss sarah off when she's tired...* ah well... he did... was so irritated when he like attempted to push me so i turned around..."wats your problem bitch...." ok htat stunned him... uselless commoner...
